Grace joined Pivotal China as the Human Capital Specialist in 2022. Prior to joining, Grace was an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles with focus on Healthcare and Life Science Practice.  Before that, she worked at a search firm with focus on healthcare and life science sectors.  Grace holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Queen’s University of Belfast in UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Henan University of Technology.
